3-Year Limited Warranty

Savvy Woolsy mattress topper

Your Savvy Woolsy mattress topper will be replaced or repaired at our option, without material cost to you, should it be deemed defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects, during the specified warranty period below, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. This limited warranty does not cover normal compaction of the wool with use.

The Savvy Woolsy is warranted for three (3) years against faults in materials or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product.

Non-defective Savvy Woolsy toppers cannot be returned after purchase (whether or not they have been used or removed from packaging) due to sanitation laws. A returned Savvy Woolsy topper that is deemed not defective will be destroyed or can be returned to you at your expense. In the event an item needs to be returned to Savvy Rest, Savvy Rest will notify you by email, and that item must be shipped to Savvy Rest within ten (10) days of the request.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Savvy Woolsy mattress topper

Vitality natural latex mattress topper (and Harmony topper when not used with a Savvy Rest mattress)

Your Vitality mattress topper will be replaced, without material cost to you, should it be deemed defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects, during the specified warranty period below, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. This limited warranty also includes the Harmony topper when not used with a Savvy Rest mattress, however, this limited warranty does not cover normal compaction of the wool with use.

The Vitality and Harmony mattress toppers are warranted for three (3) years against faults in materials or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. 

The Vitality mattress topper uses a soft knit fabric. Over time, the knit fabric may stretch or wear at the seams due to its delicate nature. This is normal. This warranty covers any deterioration in the cell-structure of the latex that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one and one-half inch, not associated with a sag in the mattress, foundation, box springs, or platform. Be aware that we normally advise against a topper with soft Talalay for an individual 200 lbs or more. If an individual with this body mass orders a Vitality topper, this circumstance will be taken into consideration when processing a warranty claim and may affect said claim.

Pillows

Your Savvy Rest pillow will be replaced, without material cost to you, should it be deemed defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects, during the specified warranty period below, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. This limited warranty does not cover a normal increase in softness of the pillow with use. It does cover any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. The removable cover is warranted for three (3) years against faults in materials or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product.

Non-defective pillows cannot be returned after purchase (whether or not they have been used or removed from packaging) due to sanitation laws. A returned pillow that is deemed not defective will be destroyed or can be returned to customer at customer’s expense. In the event an item needs to be returned to Savvy Rest, that item needs to be shipped to Savvy Rest within ten (10) days of the request.
