Since the Simplicity mattress cannot be customized, we have decided to implement a 90-day satisfaction guarantee in lieu of the latex exchange policy available with our layered mattresses.
Each body is different and switching to a new mattress requires an adjustment period so we ask that you sleep on the Simplicity for 30 days before requesting a refund/return.
If, after 30 days, you don’t feel the Simplicity is right for you, please give us a call at (866) 856-4044 or email info@savvyrest.com to arrange a refund and a donation or return of your mattress.
We’ll handle the details and there will be no cost to you!
